Prologue 5

distributes love of Kåñëa equally to the poor and fallen and those
of both high and low birth. I worship Çacédevé, Jagannätha Miçra,
Häòäi Paëòita, and Padmävaté. I worship both the Öhäkuräëés,
Lakñmé and Viñëupriyä. I worship Vasudhä and Jähnavä, the wives
          of Nityänanda Prabhu.
I worship Advaita Äcärya, by whose grace devotion to Lord
Caitanya is obtained. I blissfully worship Sétä Öhäkuräëé, an
image of devotion at Lord Caitanya’s appearance. I worship Çré
Acyutänanda, the son of Advaita Äcärya. I worship Sétä Öhäkuräëé
and all the members of their family. I worship Vérabhadra Räya, the
son of Nityänanda Prabhu, whose form is brightly effulgent. His
glories are spread throughout the world. I worship all the devotees
along with their families. By their mercy Rasika’s greatness becomes
          manifest in my heart.

With great delight I worship Rämäi and Sundaränanda, whose
glories are famous on this earth. I worship Gaurédäsa Öhäkura,
a very dear devotee of Lord Nityänanda and the incarnation
of Subala Räya. The whole world knows that Subala is one of
Çré Kåñëa’s priya-narma-sakhäs (most intimate, confidential
friends). Gaurédäsa Paëòita belongs to the same Vaiñëava family
as Çyämänanda. If that Prabhu accepts me and favors me, I shall
be able to narrate the biography of Rasika. I respectfully worship
Uddhäraëa Datta and Premeçvara, dear associates of Çré Caitanya
Mahäprabhu. I earnestly worship Muräri Öhäkura and devotedly
praise Kamaläkänta. I worship Puruñottama and Manohara, and
bow down at the lotus feet of Käliya Kåñëa Däsa.

I worship the eight Giris and the eight Purés, who were the favorite
sannyasi followers of Çré Caitanya Mahäprabhu and the gurus of
all people. I worship the eight Bhäratés, who were all great souls.
Viçvambhara accepted sannyäsa in their lineage. I worship the
eight bälakas as followers of Lord Caitanya and the sixty-four
